Aloha fellow colleagues! I am excited to join the blogging world for the first time! I have been following several blogs and decided I should give it a shot myself. I don't know how creative or helpful this blog will be for others, but it is good therapy for me!
If you are wondering why I chose the name, "Junkyard Treasures," you need to read the book, "The Junk Yard Wonders" by Patricia Pollaco. Her book describes my special class! I aspire to be the kind of teacher she was blessed to have been taught by! Warning, the book will have you in tears!
Anyway, hope to hear from all you teachers out there! I need as much input and help as I can possibly get!
